A business account will enable you to collect, manage and respond to the feedback your users have shared.

How to create a business account

To create a business accounts, go to the signup page here and select the "Business" option at the top of the page then fill the other fields and click the Sign up button when you are done.

How to create a product or a service

In order to start receiving feedback, you have to create either a product or a service. We have created a very detailed step-by-step guide on how to create a product or a service on this page

These are some of the benefits that a business accounts has

A business account:
  • Can own entities that they create
  • Will get notified when their entity has been reviewed/mentioned and when their page posts have been liked or commented
  • Can reply to feedback posted by users
  • Can add tags to enable reviewing of a specific aspect of the business
  • Can post as page to create post about the business.
  • Can view feedback that the user has made "private"

How do you start collecting feedback

The easiest method to start collecting feedback is to create a QR code.
What are QR Codes and how do you create one? you may ask. We have a comprehensive guide on how to create a QR Code here.
Once you have created your QR Code, you can use it in your service or on your product.
For example, if your business is a restaurant, you can print the QR code on your table menu holders. When a user scans your QR code, they will see your restaurant menu with all items together with their prices and they will also have an option to share their feedback.

Alternatively, you can manually direct your users to your page on our website, where by the will be able to share their feedback and if your business is an eatery(restaurant, cafe, fast food) they can see and interact with your menu. This option is not encouraged as it is lengthy and inconveniencing to a user.

What do you pay for?

There are two feedback visibility options when it comes to sharing feedback on the page your QR redirects to. Let's use the Sample Restaurant as an example.

  1. Private Only option

    With this option, the feedback shared by any user visiting the QR link will be private and will NOT appear anywhere publicly on our website, it will not appear on the page of your business on our website.
    With the private only option. When a user scans Sample Restaurant's QR and he/she shares his/her feedback, the feedback will be only visible to the owner of Sample Restaurant.
    The feedback will not publicly appear on Sample Restaurant's page. Only the restaurant's owner will see the feedback.

    For the Private Only option, there are No upfront costs. No contracts. No strings. Pay for what you use.!!
    We charge KES. 5 for every private feedback you receive.

  2. Private/Public option

    With this option, the user decides the visibility status of the feedback he/she posts.

    When a user scans Sample Restaurant's QR and he/she shares his/her feedback with the "Private" option selected, the feedback will be only visible to the owner of Sample Restaurant.
    The feedback will not publicly appear on Sample Restaurant's page. Only the restaurant's owner will see the feedback.

    When a user scans Sample Restaurant's QR and he/she shares his/her feedback with the "Public" option selected, the feedback will be visible to everyone on the platform.
    The feedback will also appear on Sample Restaurant's page.

    For the Private/Public option, there are no charges incurred even if the user chooses to share their feedback privately. It is free!!..
